Lieutenant Colonel Paul Maness is no ordinary keynote speaker. This became particularly evident as a Manufacturing Plant Manager and most recently, as a Global Health, Safety, and Environmental Leader. Paul graduated from Army Ranger School, the US. Army Airborne School, and Command and General Staff College. He currently serves as a Battalion Commander for the 489th Engineer Battalion, United States Army Reserve, in North Little Rock Arkansas. When he isn’t working, speaking, or actively serving his country, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their two young sons.
